How Talk2Notion works
Talk2Notion records voice notes, transcribes them with the user's configured AI provider, and can save the final note to the user's own Notion database.
Notion connection
Users connect a Notion workspace and database from the Talk2Notion web account. The iOS app can then fetch the saved setup through Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in, or an existing Talk2Notion API key.
Apple Watch and shortcuts
Apple Watch Focus mode records a note and sends it to Notion automatically. iOS Shortcuts and Control Center actions can open the app and start the selected recording mode.
Billing and access
Lifetime iOS access can be purchased and restored directly inside the Talk2Notion iOS app using Apple In-App Purchase. Existing eligible Talk2Notion accounts can also access their saved setup after signing in.
