By accessing and using Talk2Notion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Service Description

Talk2Notion is a voice-to-text transcription service that converts your audio recordings into text and saves them to your Notion workspace. The service requires your own API keys for Google Gemini AI and Notion integration.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide valid API keys for Google Gemini and Notion
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not use the service for illegal or harmful content
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

API Key Requirements

You must provide your own API keys:

  • Google Gemini API Key: Required for audio transcription
  • Notion Integration Token: Required to save notes to your workspace
  • Notion Database ID: Required to specify where notes are saved

You are responsible for any costs associated with these API services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

iOS In-App Purchase

The iOS app may offer a one-time lifetime access purchase through Apple In-App Purchase. Purchases and restorations are processed by Apple and associated with your Talk2Notion account after sign-in.

Limitation of Liability

Talk2Notion is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or API costs.

Privacy and Data

Your use of Talk2Notion is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Audio recordings are processed temporarily and not permanently stored. Your API keys and personal data are handled securely.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service for violations of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
